Falco Lombardi's past is uncertain; he had met up with Fox during his flight academy shortly before his father died. The only part of his past that was mentioned about his past life was during the Aparoid Invasion when Fox questioned Falco if Meteo was some sort of amusment park to a former gang member. In his past life, he was a member of Katt Monroe's gang supposedly in the Meteo region.
