"This baby can take temperatures up to 9000 degrees!" ~ Slippy Toad

9000 is a quote from the Solar mission when the Star Fox Team questions about their Arwing's survival on the hot surface. Slippy reassures the team that the Arwing can withstand temperatures up to nine-thousand degrees. When the temperatures risen above nine thousand degrees, Slippy panics over the radio that it's "Over 8000". However whether the Arwings were ever meant to withstand temperatures above the max limit, Star Fox manages to keep their ships in the the white hot surfaces of Solar to defeat the bio weapon.

Over 9000 has become a popular internet meme. It first originated on Dragon Ball Z in episode 28, titled "The Return of Goku", when Vegeta breaks the scouter when asked what the scouter say's on Goku's power level.
