General Scales is the dictator of Dinosaur Planet. He rules the Saurian populace by means of fear, controlling the dinosaur tribes with the aid of the SharpClaw Tribe.

The Saurian Incident

General Scales inhabited one of the Krazoa Spirits which had allowed him to gain entrance to the sacred palaces. Corrupted with power, he tore the planet apart by seperating the four spell stones that suppress the magic from the planet's core. This also awakened the Krazoa Spirits, thus halting the reversal of magic being forced from the planet completely. His plot backfired when he confronted Fox McCloud, which in turn needed the last remaining spirit. It was later on that General Scales had help with Andross gaining power of the ancient Krazoa, draining his power from the spirit completely. It is uncertain whether General Scales is alive or dead.
